Argee Plastics Pvt. Ltd. commenced operations in 1985 and has gained good reputation in the market of Injection Molded Products, plastic injection molded products - Both Consumer and Industrial. Subsequently Argee Plastics Pvt. Ltd. has also attained ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification keeping in tune with market trends and requirements. Also the plant has been regularly upgraded keeping in mind market requirements and for improving efficiency.

Paras Enterprises was set up in Baramati as Baramati has excellent infra-structural facilities, no octroi and has all the benefits of being in a ''D-Zone'' area. It attained ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification in 2005 from AQSR.

Mr. O P Garg is the visionary who has set up both plants. He has been in the field of Plastics since 1968 and has over 35 years experience in this field. He has worked in reputed companies in India (DGP Windsor I. Ltd., Exide Industries Ltd.) and Abroad for over twelve years (Metalloplastica Nigeria Ltd., Nigeria, and Robatek Plastics, Nigeria) and has extensive experience of all forms of plastic moulding.

A Diploma Holder from the Government Polytechnic College in his home town Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, he has risen to great heights after a long struggle. He stood top in the entire state and since then there has been no turning back. His in-depth knowledge of plastic moulding machines and plastic Processing ensures good training of workers and managers alike. This is the main reason for good quality performance of both plants.

Argee Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is approved to ISO 9001 - 2000. Our quality processes and procedures have been approved against the rigorous standards laid down by our customers. We employ as a norm Statistical Process Control in our Operations and have SPC techniques to increase our ability to monitor Quality and Low Rejections conformity. We believe in taking quality back to the machine, following a philosophy of defect prevention rather than defect detection.

Everybody at Argee is responsible for Quality and all of our Operators are involved in our quality processes through their formal training from time to time. We have a Quality & Process monitoring record for each component produced at Argee.

It has always been our belief that good quality starts with the right attitude. At Argee, our philosophy is based on the fact that you cannot inject quality into a product, it has to be there from the start.

Quality starts with the design. It is at this stage that we would wish to discuss requirements with our customers in order to optimise the design of the tools, choice of materials and the manufacturing processes. In other words, 'build the quality in'.

The Argee Plastics Pvt. Ltd. quality manual identifies our procedures in detail. All the requirements of ISO 9001 - 2000 are covered by the manual. Argee Plastics has successfully forged interactive partnerships with a number of prestigious product leaders. A willingness and the financial strength to invest decisively in order to meet customers' demands has resulted in large increases in the size of contracts and total confidence in the form of preferred supplier status being confirmed by several customers.

Our staff is highly trained and experienced to ensure excellent quality production and supplies, We are proud to state that we have maintained less than 0.2 % rejection or loss in some very costly materials like Polycarbonate and PBT Alloys.

We have received many certificates of excellence from our largest customer M/s Exide Batteries Ltd, proudly stating our rank as "A" with 99.9 % rating. This ranking is given for all aspects of Quality as well as parameters such as delivery of material, delivery commitment, communication etc.

Utilising the latest systems, our companies actively support customers through the early stages of a project with advice on design and material selection. Specialist staff on site has extensive experience of a wide range of commodity and engineering plastics, ensuring the correct material is selected.

Our tie up with fully equipped toolrooms ensures competitive tooling prices and also the correct up keep of tools once in production. We also modify and repair tools to minimise disruption to production.

Our continued investment in modern processing plant enables us to help keep costs to a minimum, in order to provide our customers with the best choice for custom injection mouldings. We have currently finished purchase of a Plot of Land approx. 2 Kms. From Argee Plastics Pvt. Ltd, We have purchased this plot with the view of setting up a third plant in the same line of Plastic Injection Moulding. We plan to build a ground plus two structure on the plot and aim the shed to house 10 moulding machines ranging from 50 to 600 tons. This plant will be an ultra modern facility with all the latest designs with the aim to better efficiency and reduce running costs.
